Autopilot Growth uses the information you provide to review your business, respond to your inquiry, and arrange a growth consultation. This notice covers our client application website and associated Meta lead forms.
Information we collect
We collect your name, work email, optional phone number, company details, application answers, and appointment details. We also retain advertising source information, such as campaign and ad identifiers, when it is available. Our website uses a session cookie to let you continue your application and local storage to retain your advertising source.
How we use and share it
We use this information to assess fit, follow up about your application, manage appointments, measure which ads generate inquiries, and operate the website. Our service providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application records, HighLevel for CRM and email follow-up, and Calendly for scheduling. If you submit a Meta lead form, Meta also processes that submission under its own privacy policy. These services may process information in countries other than yours.
Your choices
You can reply to an application email to ask us to stop following up, or use its unsubscribe link when provided. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in automated marketing texts. To request access, correction, or deletion of your application information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
Retention and security
We retain information for application follow-up, client service, and necessary business records. We restrict access to application records and use safeguards provided by our hosting and service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
